This past September, Canada had the honour of exhibiting textile works that highlighted the artistry and skill of Canadian artists at the 18th Carrerfour Europeen du Patchwork in Alsace, France
Curator, Sandra Reford, www.sandrareford.com selected 35 pieces that demonstrate the traditional trends in quilting and its evolution towards contemporary designs and techniques.
This exhibit is currently at the Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre until January 6, 2013.
I will be at the exhibit on Sunday December 9, 2012, providing information to guests.
